We accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Hygiene & Safety: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Items returned in used condition are not eligible for a refund and will be disposed of according to health regulations.
Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping fees and Package Protection fees are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Once received, it takes approximately 15 business days to process your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
RMA: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@air-fusion.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Modification: We are unable to modify orders (change items or promo codes) once they are placed. Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before checkout.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately via live chat or email. Please note: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
